About Us
Kia Orana, we are Brodie and Margaret Sadgrove and we currently live in Wellington, New Zealand. Rarotonga is our getaway from the hustle and bustle of full-time work, family commitments and the pressures of day-to-day life.
Margaret spent her childhood in Rarotonga, and has subsequently visited Rarotonga every year since with most of her immediate family now settled on Rarotonga. Through her Cook Island mother we were gifted a small piece of land and decided to build our holiday bach that we now share with others who are looking to get away.
In 2004 we shipped over most of the building materials needed to build Temus Place. With the help of an experienced local builder we were able to complete our project.
The house has been built in a way that can cater for both couples and families. Situated on a large 1000sqm flat section, the property is off the main road in a quiet residential setting. This makes it very relaxing and suitable for families with young children, and also great for couples who want privacy. Its close enough to walk to the beach yet far enough to get away from the main road traffic.
