A basic verified business listing is intended to remain free. Rarotonga.co.nz decides the directory structure, categories, independent description and whether a listing meets inclusion standards.
A claimant must be authorised to represent the business and provide accurate contact and listing information. Rarotonga.co.nz may request reasonable verification before granting supplier access.
By supplying photos, logos or other media, the supplier confirms it has the right to provide those assets and grants Rarotonga.co.nz permission to use them for the business listing and related Rarotonga.co.nz promotion. The supplier may request removal or replacement of supplied media.
Submitted deals and events must be genuine, current and accurately describe material terms, dates and restrictions. Rarotonga.co.nz may refuse, edit for presentation, expire or remove submissions that are unclear, stale or misleading.
Enhanced Founding Partner features are free through 30 June 2027. Any later paid product will be optional and communicated before charges apply. A business will not be automatically enrolled into a paid plan.
Claiming or paying for a listing does not give a supplier control over independent rankings, comparisons, recommendations or editorial conclusions. Sponsored or featured visibility will be labelled.
Partner reporting may include aggregated profile views, map interactions, saves and outbound clicks. Reporting is indicative of website activity and does not guarantee bookings or revenue.
