Q1: How much is it to rent the house per night?
A1: $150 per night.  The house is rented out on a per night basis, and can include up to 4 adults and one infant (in the portacot).

Q2: How many people can the house accommodate / sleep
A2: The has one queen bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in the other bedroom.  A portacot is also available for infants if required at no extra cost.  There is also a blow up mattress for a 5th person, however there is an extra charge of $25 per night for this.

Q3: How far is the house from the beach
A3: The house is only 225 metres from the beach, situated on a large flat easily accessible section.

Q4: Is the house in a safe location for children.
A4: The house is located off the main road.  There is little traffic that travels up the road that the house is on.  We have two kids under 5 and with the large flat section, and the fact that the house is off the main road, we have always felt safe with the kids running around.

Q5: Can you accommodate more than 5 people.
A5: Yes we can.  Our extended family in Rarotonga have other holiday homes that can be rented out.  Just tell us what you are after and we will help you find suitable accommodation.  Our family has two houses located only 125 metres away. 

Q6: Do you offer discounts for longer stays and Industry rates.
A6: We do offer discounts for longer stays.  We however tend not to offer discounts to people that work in the tourism industry as we try to benefit and treat everyone equally.  The house is generally one of the best value for money homes for the location and quality of the house, and we we strongly feel that it is already a great price. 

Q7: Are there any shops close by for bread / Milk / etc?
A7: There are 2 shops within 500m of Temus Place.  Annies is just 225m away, whilst Kaino is only 500m away.  To get to both, all you need to do is to walk to the main road and turn left.  Annies is on the right, and Kaino is on the left further down.  Wigmores is also only 2.5km away.  To get there, all you need to do is to turn right when you get to the main road and walk / bike / scooter / drive / bus approx 2.5km. (Wigmores is a large store, similar to a starmart or 4 square convenience store).
