• Per Night - $150 - based on 4 adults and one infant.
• Extra blow out bed (5th Adult) $25 per night
• Early Check-in Fee (after 6am, before 12am) $75
• Late Check-out Fee (after 10am, before 6pm) $75
• Checking in before 6am or checking out after 6pm will require a full day rate.

Note:  As most flights arrive in Rarotonga either early morning or late evening, please ensure you have accommodation for when you arrive. It is advisable to consider the early Check-in or Late Check-out options.

It is also important to remember that if you fly from New Zealand, you will cross the date line, so getting the dates correct will ensure that the house is ready for you on arrival.  This is why it is good to have the flight itinerary with you to send to us.

Normal check-in time is after 12pm, and normal check-out time is before 10am.  We do offer our guests to check in early or check out late for $75 (see above for times)

In order for us to accurately price up the accommodation, we will require a few basic details from you.  These are

• Total number of adults (11 years and over) and children (ages please),
• Flight info including flight numbers and arrival details into / out of Rarotonga,
• Any other requirements (transfers or early check-in or late check-out needs.
• To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required.
• The remaining balance will be due 7 days before you arrive in Rarotonga.

Although a subject that is seldomly discussed, if you are unable to come to Rarotonga to enjoy your holiday, we will look to rent the house out to other people and if we can, we will refund you your deposit.  Generally, if you give us enough time, you will at least get 50% of your deposit back.

We highly recommend getting transfers, especially if it is your first time to Rarotonga, and your flight arrives in the early hours of the morning (most flights arrive at this time).  Prices are as below and are a door to door service:
